The CTC EcoZenith C530 and 510 are heating water buffer cylinders designed to be connected to most heat sources requiring larger heating water buffer capacity.
The CTC EcoZenith C530 is a multi-mode heating water buffer cylinder of fully 500 litres equipped with integrated solar and DHW coils installed as master cylinder in as example wood boiler heating systems.
The CTC EcoZenith 510 is a heating water buffer cylinder of fully 500 litres backing up principally wood boiler and solar heating systems. Capacious but exceptionally compact. To facilitate installation both cylinders are delivered with separately packed insulation.
The cylinders are only 1700 mm high and can therefore be located in areas with low ceiling height. Still the capacity of more than 500 litres is impressing.
The CTC EcoZenith C530 is equipped with sufficient and generously sized connections which assist not only with the installation and operation but provide opportunities to easily expand the system in the future.
The C530 is prepared for the connection of three immersion heaters and the 510 for the connection of one immersion heater.
The CTC EcoZenith C530 is equipped with a solar coil sufficient for up to 6 solar panels. The water buffer volume must correspond to the number of solar panels.
The C530 produces fresh hot water continuously by a parallel 2-step perco-lation heat exchanger. The flow capacity is about 40 litres per minute capable of providing 600 litres of 40 °C hot water at a flow rate of 22 litres per minute.
The CTC EcoZenith C530/510 is well insulated with 90 mm moulded polyurethane corresponding to 160 mm of mineral wool looking on insulating power. Hence the heat losses are extremely small compared to many buffer cylinders on the market.
